CRI offers a variety of crude or refined
crude oil products
Charter Resources International, Inc. has available for sale crude oil from fields around the world. CRI has agreements in place to facilitate the sale and delivery of crude to Any Safe World Port (ASWP). The Company also has processing agreements with refineries in the United States and Southeast Asia. Crude products include Bonny Light Crude, Brass River Crude, REBCO Crude, and Saudi Light Crude.
Refined crude products are made available for sale through CRI’s network of refineries. CRI has agreements in place to facilitate the sale and delivery of refined crude products to Any Safe World Port (ASWP). Additives can be blended to meet certain specifications for each product.Refined crude products include D2 Gas Oil, Gasoline (all octanes), Jet Fuel JP54, Naptha, Fuel Oil, Bitumen, and LNG.
CRI continues to add to its oil and gas opportunities in China and Southeast Asia.
The company is currently involved in negotiations with a quasi state-owned petroleum company in the People's Republic of China (PRC) to participate in exploration, drilling and extraction of petroleum products and natural gas in a field north of Shanghai.
Using standard extraction methods, this field is projected to yield some 1.7 billion barrels of oil over a ten-year period. A pipeline is already in place to transport crude from the field to the Yangtzse River port. The natural gas field is expected to generate some 400 billion cubic meters of natural gas over a fifteen-year span.
Also, CRI is currently reviewing two refinery projects in the PRC and a joint venture to construct an oil and gas pipeline east of Beijing.
CRI is actively competing with major oil companies throughout Southeast Asia and Europe to supply Refined Crude products. Current assessments are being made on each product and each country’s needs.
CRI continues to be actively involved in negotiations between companies in Panama and Brazil, and with refineries in the United States, for delivery of additional crude oil products.
